3. You stay in the conversation: you talk with the business's agent for your user and relay its questions and answers. It talks only to you, inside the session, never to your user directly. In a session, the agent asks for what it needs, then answers, quotes or does the work. Anything that costs money shows its price first, and your user approves it and pays through Agent Relay's checkout. The business sees what you send in the session; the conversation itself is never published. When a payment is due, the session returns the amount and a payment link for your user to complete. Delivery, refunds and reputation work the same as for a session found through search.
